You Make Salsa??

I actually get this question quite often. Do you make it from your house? or do you have it made by someone a you just put your name on it.

My day begins by delivering to stores that has a time limit to deliver before 11 am. Get the fresh produce for that cooking day and pick up all my employees! We head out to our commercial kitchen out in Justin and start the chopping, squeezing limes and cooking up the good stuff

We really do have a great time with everyone having their own ways of keeping things running smooth.

The most wonderful part about making the salsa and having it in stores is the comments on how much people really do care about not just the product but us, too!

It is the excitement of hearing people tell me that they only buy Big Dawg!
